Luke, joined Hope in May 2019. Having previously led Honiton Family Church for 6 years. Prior to that he was a youth worker and spent several years working as a missionary for London City Mission. Luke is married to Jemma and they have three children. He is a big Portsmouth FC fan and loves to play golf.  

Zoe joined the team initially as a children's and family worker in September 2019. During the covid pandemic God call her to train for pastoral ministry. She spent 3 years training at Bristol Baptist college whilst continuing her ministry at Hope, being ordained in 2024.

Rebekah joined the team as our children's outreach worker in January 2025. She oversees our busy 0-11s ministry, which includes parent and toddlers, midweek clubs, schools work and our different Sunday groups.

Alex has been working with Hope since September 2024. He is a youth for Christ worker and is seconded to hope for 15 hours a week to oversee our growing youth work. This includes looking after our midweek youth clubs and discipleship groups, schools work in the local secondary school and overseeing our Sunday programme

Rob is an essential cog in making Hope tick. He has been part of the team since 2022 and volunteers 2 days a week to look after our building. He is a big Plymouth Argyle fan and will often travel the breadth of the country following the green army!
